Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

Anne understands that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and discretion may be applied where appropriate.
